Consent Form WHICH ONE???

I am Pakistani citizen and my husband is British, after spending 2.5 years on spouse visa i am applying for Visa Extension now.... after filling out whole form... it asked me to sign and get signed consent forms PART 1, PART 2 PART 3.

Me and my husband both work and we are combining our incomes to meet the threshold of £18600 and we are not showing any cash or any savings, just payslips for both.

I know i need to sign Part 1, but i dont know if my husband need tosign Part 2 or Part 3 or both...
(I am talking about consent for home office to varify application information).

Please advise.
