Then your problems are a bit bigger. Non payment of NHS use is taken very seriously by HO. You are not and were not entitled to use the NHS for free and should have been paying for everything (NHS) at 150% of cost.

Even a person in the UK on a visitor visa is not allowed to use the NHS for free.

What have you been doing in the UK for 16 years? Have you been working?
