Property inspection Report for spouse visa

Post by ningakid99 » Mon Sep 23, 2019 9:32 am

Hi,

I know this question has been asked before but I just want to make sure incase the rules has been changed.

Im applying for a spouse visa for my wife soon. I'm currently renting a flat and Im not sharing it with anyone. The tenancy contract is in my name only and Im living in the flat alone.

Do I need to carry out a property inspection report for spouse visa purposes?

Is attaching my tenancy contract along with a NOC letter from the landlord/agency sufficient?

Thanks

Yes. You don't need property inspection report. Also if possible then attach a recent council tax bill.

Thank you for your confirmation. Out of curiosity, did you try this personally?

Im was planning to attach the council tax bill and the electric bill to the application anyway.
