Should I combine Visa types in my application?

Post by JeremyJames » Sun Oct 13, 2019 1:31 pm

Hi and thank you all,

Timeline:

Male Australian 29 years old

2014: on UK Youth Mobility Visa .
2015: meet British gf
2016: Visa expires, I move back to Australia, she comes with
2017: Return to England on Tier 2 General visa
2019: We get married
Now: About to apply for marriage visa.

For questions such as: "date of arrival in UK" , or "Time spent in UK" Should I be answering cumulative time or just time spent on this visa? Don't wanna trip up!

Thanks all,

Either answers will be correct because they have the record.

Are you aware that switching to a FLR(M) spouse visa will re-set your immigration clock to zero, putting you on a new 5 year path to settlement (ILR) ?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
