FLR(M) - Incountry Switch From HSMP To Spouse Visa

Post by HMRB » Mon Jun 28, 2010 3:20 pm

My husband is on HSMP and I have ILR. We got married here in the UK and now my husband wants to go on my spouse visa which he can do in-country.

I have found out that he needs to fill in the FLR(M) application form but are the following documents enough (mentioned below) or do we need to submit more documents too?

Documents List - For Both:
Photos
Passports
Payslips
Bank statements
Marriage Certificate
Employer Letters
P60s

Can anyone help me please? Its a very simple question. I just wanted to know if the above document list will suffice or do I need to show them relationship proof and accomodation details etc. or not??
