Good luck to everyone waiting for their goods news.
So sorry @Meelow about this. That's terrible, no need to pack your bags after 2 successful renewals, when a bad decision is made like in this case, it's good to fight it. Hopefully, they will correct the error and grant you leave. Have you gotten the new decision?Meelow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 08, 2025 12:52 pmDid you receive an email from the HO, my application was refused yesterday . After 2 renewals the 3rd was not successful, this country is bad vibes am just packing my bags no energy to fight these people . I waited nearly 19 months to get bad news.jagruti_1 wrote: ↑Fri May 16, 2025 9:54 amI received exactly the same reply on 30th March 2025. “I am unable to uphold your complaint.
Whilst I can appreciate the frustration in waiting on a decision being made, it may help if I explain that that applications under the (FLR)FP route are not currently subject to a service standard.
However, I can confirm that, in view of the exceptional circumstances raised in your correspondence, we have prioritised (name) application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.
Blah blah blah blah ……….
Please note that we will endeavour to progress (name) application as a priority, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. In order for us to treat the application urgently, (name) will need to register his biometrics without delay if he hasn’t already done so.”
Now still waiting and wonder how many more decade it will take.![]()
Also remember, since they kept your application for 19 months, hopefully you made an in-time application so you will be covered by section 3c , it means that considering the time you waited for your previous 2 application decision to be made, you might not need to renew again when you get this one approved. Your next application might be ILR as you might clock 10 years from the first time you were granted by the time this one will expire. This is the advantage that people that waited for nearly 2 years for decision has. They might clock the 10 years by only 3 renewals instead of 4.Meelow wrote: ↑Sun Jun 08, 2025 12:52 pmDid you receive an email from the HO, my application was refused yesterday .
