Lost in the system I just got an email to let me know that the earlier decision was an error at 4 pm I got another email stating a decision has been at 4;42, and a decision will be sent. called the call centre and they don't have no information at this point am so confused. I called the voluntary returns this morning to start my return. Thinking whether that triggered them finding out the decision was made in error. Am confused

Thats really bad, coming from a government department cant even get a decision right on a sensitive case , how many people have they wrongly decided on , that's shocking again in itself, is it amateurs running the building oh what ? Maybe that's why they take so long deciding coz they don't have a clue what they doing. Well I hope this time its a good decision just for that mistake they done

Just checking if anyone’s who’s applied around April 2025 for the family route (standard service) has heard back?

Big Congratulations. That was quick. Do you have British partner of British Children or Partner/Children who has indefinite leave to remain?

Been waiting more than a year now for FLR (FP) . Ridiculous how they making us wait however with money it’s different. I guess money really does talk .

Applications submitted : 17/03/2024
Biometrics done on : 11/04/2024
Complaint made on : 16/04/2025
Got a reply on : 30/04/2025

“I am unable to uphold your complaint.

Whilst I can appreciate the frustration in waiting on a decision being made, it may help if I explain that that applications under the (FLR)FP route are not currently subject to a service standard.

However, I can confirm that, in view of the exceptional circumstances raised in your correspondence, we have prioritised (name) application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

Blah blah blah blah ……….

Please note that we will endeavour to progress (name) application as a priority, and you will be contacted as soon as possible. In order for us to treat the application urgently, (name) will need to register his biometrics without delay if he hasn’t already done so.”

Now still waiting and wonder how many more decade it will take.
I received exactly the same reply on 30th March 2025. Still waiting 😞
Did you receive an email from the HO, my application was refused yesterday . After 2 renewals the 3rd was not successful, this country is bad vibes am just packing my bags no energy to fight these people . I waited nearly 19 months to get bad news.
So sorry @Meelow about this. That's terrible, no need to pack your bags after 2 successful renewals, when a bad decision is made like in this case, it's good to fight it. Hopefully, they will correct the error and grant you leave. Have you gotten the new decision?

Also remember, since they kept your application for 19 months, hopefully you made an in-time application so you will be covered by section 3c , it means that considering the time you waited for your previous 2 application decision to be made, you might not need to renew again when you get this one approved. Your next application might be ILR as you might clock 10 years from the first time you were granted by the time this one will expire. This is the advantage that people that waited for nearly 2 years for decision has. They might clock the 10 years by only 3 renewals instead of 4.
