Escalation : 1st time 31.07.19 call & email UKVI and MP (said caseworker has 5 working days to revert. MP chased and got a response that they are unable to process my application under super priority service. UKVI would get in touch shortly with more information for a partial refund as they were unable to deliver the service that I paid for.
2nd time 05.08.19 call UKVI to escalate (worker initially took my details but for some reason she asked me to only call again in 2 days Wednesday if I haven't received a decision)
3rd time 06.08.19 call UKVI 10 ish to escalate (second thought and did not understand the above non-sense as today is well over 7 days. Case escalated successfully) same day PM - call received from HO and confirmed a decision is made!!! She was not the caseworker but very polite and helpful. She gave me a royal mail ref number. Right to work status 'There is no limit on how long you can stay in the UK' I'm over the moon!!!!

Altogether it took 8 days to receive my decision. Whilst I know some people have waited longer, this is undoubtedly the most agonising and depressing week of my life.
