TIER 2 Visaregarding COS

HI friends,
I have a query my visa post study work visa going to expires in a week time. i got an job and company ready to sponsor me as well, The company is A - rated and having sponsorship license but due to change of HR manager , they lost the user name and password for the sponsorship management system . our company requested for the user name and password ukba mentioned to fill up changes of circumstances application and send through post . company send all documents with postal tracking number and details of my passport and visa . what will be next how long it will take to come back or company is asking how to get extension or anything . everything is fine except COS . salary SOC code and satisfied resident market test as well. please can one can help me with this issue .

if the company is unable to assign the CoS through lack of access to the SMS by the time your current leave expires submit your T2G application before the expiry of your leave with a covering letter from the prospective sponsor explaining the circumstances. Once the CoS number is available send it to the HO with a request to vary your application.
