ILR query for dependent on Tier 1

Hi All

I have gone through most of the advises here and were really helpful.

I need help on the below

Currently I am on Tier 1 general category and eligible for ILR as on October 2014.
My wife came to UK on Nov 2012.

1. I know she is not eligible for ILR because her visa was granted after 09/July/2012,she has to complete 5 years in UK for ILR.

what will be her visa status when I apply for ILR or can I apply for her extension later in 2015 ??Her visa(Tier 1 dependent) is valid till October 2015.

what form should I submit for her in case I apply with my ILR.

2. she is planning to travel to India,what is the maximum period she can be out of UK for a year.

Please could you assist and advise my case.
