ILR for kids apply or not?

Post by usman81 » Wed Mar 05, 2014 3:59 pm

Dear Readers, please help on this.

My Tier 1(g) expires end of may14 but applying for ILR in april as 5 years will be completed by end of march. I'm booking PEO appointment for myself and wife. Both my kids were born in UK, one has dependent visa stamped expiring same day when my tier1(g) expires. Had not applied for dependent visa for other child.

Is it correct that I can apply for naturalization of my both children after getting the ILR for myself and wife. And that I don't need to apply for ILR for both kids? Also will I have to apply for naturalisation for the child who has dependent visa stamped expiring end of may?

I will appreciate feedback.
