I entered uk on 2009 october on tier 2 general visa. I completed 3 years with first employer. First employers license was withdrawn and also my visa was expiring i applied for leave to remain with different sponsor on 2012 November but my visa was refused on the ground of salary requirements. I lodged an appeal. Judged gave decision on my side and told to send fresh application. My fresh aspplication was approved and got a visa after a year on 2013 november. I was without a work until i got visa (2012 november to 2013 november)

My question is i will complete 5 years on october 2014. Can i appy for ILR after 5 years completion. I have year gap on my work so wont be able to submit p60 for 1 year. Does that effect my ILR?
