Applying ILR on LR Basis-5-year address history Confusion

Hi All,

On the Forms SET (LR)-Page 7 Question B15 is that if you have been living at this address less than 5 years then please provide the address and date for the previous address. I have been living for just 2 years at my previous address, do i need to mention all the addresses and dates for the last 5 years or just my previous address as there is no space to write more than 1 address on the form. urgently help needed as this is the only thing left to be filled in the form.

You can duplicate the page and mention your all address for last 5 years.
