Post by arthur chief » Wed Mar 05, 2014 4:26 pm

I am a EEA citizen and resident of the UK. I am currently in africa. However my passport will expire in september. Do I need to have six months validity on my passport before Re-entry into the uk

Even with just one day left to expiry you should be fine (in fact even with expired passport you should be able to enter as you can demonstrate you are EEA national but you might find it difficult to board a flight with expired passport).
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
