Effect of changing address before applying for T2G

I am planning to apply for the Tier 2 General visa on 1st april. i would appreciate if someone clarify me following points.
1= I am moving to a new place soon so will have a new home address. Does the address history effect on my application?
2= My sponsor will provide me the maitenance requirement. I have kept the money in my account since three month as well. What if submitt the bank statement? the concern is the address on the bank statement will conflict with the new address.

any suggestions?

no need to submit bank statements if the sponsor certifies maintenance. Ask for a printout of the CoS and check that they have.

Manci..i appreciate your help...another concern is it alright to give new address in my application?..do UKBA check previous address history record?
previouly i was living as a paying guest with no council tax liabilities...or shall i give them my work address at both places i.e work and home addresses.

you should give your current and all previous residential addresses in the application, as asked for. It makes no difference what your residential status was (home owner, tenant, guest, etc). This is only for the record and there is no reason for the HO to check these unless some deception/criminality is suspected
