my friend who has dual nationality for libya and uk , he came here in 2000 as refugee , with his wife , they are both british citizens now

he recently went back to libya and got married there again (his second wife) as this is allowed in his country , he has recently had a daughter with his second wife in libya and wants to know is she entitled to a british passport as she is the daughter for his second wife


also is he able to bring his second wife here for settlement

please can someone help and this would be highly appreciated

also i would like to ask is that in 2002 he came to this country form yemen with his wife he only had a islamic ceremony but did not register his marriage in the courts in yemen , he would like to know is that women considered to be his wife ? or is he classed as co inhibiting

would he be able to apply for the child's british passport here in the uk or would he have to do it in libya?
