Post by saif009 » Sat Mar 08, 2014 1:23 pm

hi all, actually i am having interview tomorrow, my case situation is that i have provided bank letter for funds availability and funds are my savings which comes from my different accounts to one account where i mainatined all 50k. my question to all board members is do they ask for source of funds in interview as i havnt not maintaining money throughout so many months but i was working full time during last two years and i brought some money from back home with me 2 years ago but i dont have any proof for that. what will be the be the best answer according to my scenario? i will really appreciate ur help :(

@Saif009

I don't think they would ask for the source of the money because:

a. You are showing it as your personal funding and not third party.
b. There is no minimum time period that you are required to hold the £50k in your account. The requirement is to have this amount as the last available balance in your account on the date of application.

Even if they ask about the source, you already have a genuine and legitimate answer - that you have saved this money over time as you have been legally working in the UK since the last 2 years and probably somewhere else before that.

Hope this answers your question.

WELL, If they ask Better to say that some of them are your saving because you can not save £50 K in any JOB with in 2 years. So you have saved some and rest sold any family property/Land in back home & got it for your side. If they ask when then gave them long time ago date etc. So they would not be bother it again.
BEST OF LUCK
