I will be applying for naturalisation this week. I have a non endorsable fixed penalty notice for no tail light which was a fine that I paid in the last 12 months. Last week I recieved a confirmation for a red light offence. I will not be contesting that either. I have still not recieved confirmation whether this would be an awareness course or a fine with 3 black points. Should I wait till the black points are updated on my license before applying and should I declare both offences?
What if I have the been given the awareness course?
Will I be refused for having 2 offences?
