28 days rule - please help its urgent

hi All

please help me with this query, I have booked the PEO on 10/04/14 and I am thinking of changing it after reading few posts, can someone please advise me on this query!!!!

Visa granted 6/5/2009
first entry uk 17/06/2009
current visa valid until 13/07/2014
and i am on tier 1 visa

if i want to go to PEO should i calculate 28days from 6/5/2014 or 28 days from 13/07/2014

should i go to PEO on 10/04/14(which i have planned)
or shall i change it to 16/06/14

please advise

You should be OK, 28days before 6/5/2014

People are confusing the things. You can go anytime after Tuesday, 8 April 2014.

Hi All

Thanks guys for the quick response....true i have read on this board and few other immigration web sites
where people are advising that if you have valid visa and you have come late entry then to calculate 28 days from first entry date, and some even advise calculate from visa expiry date....

after reading all these comments i got more confused....
anyway in reality i have lived in UK only 4 years and 9 months when i apply for ILR and not 5 years
while i have another 3 months valid visa,

so if i apply on 10/04/14 should i still tick the check box 5 years in UK (SET O FORM)
hope i will get the ILR
