BC by naturalisation

Hello, I am trying to gather all the required information and documents I will need to provide to apply for British citizenship by naturalisation.

I arrived in UK from Poland in 2004 with intend to live in UK. I have been a student since then- went to school, college and university. Right now I am doing Masters degree.
After finishing Bachelors degree I had a year off Uni before starting MSc. I had some personal matters and worked on a personal project during this time. I do not have a solid confirmation of living in the UK. I was on Job-seeker allowance for few months, before starting the MSc course.
I understand that I will need to provide letters from these establishments. Anything else? I did not work so no other letters confirming my stay. What else can I use? I am especially worried about the year between Unis, what other evidence can be considered?
I also hold "Residence permit for a national of member state of the EEC" since 2006, how can this help me with the application process?
