Required Documents for Irish Visa under Directive 2004/38/EC

Hi,

Just wondering what documents are required for a NON EU national to obtain an Irish entry visa under the Directive 2004/38/EC.

I'm a Pakistani married to a UK citizen in UK do I have to marry my partner again in Pakistan and get an other marriage certificate from Pakistan as-well because I have UK marriage certificate.

My spouse visa is refused from UK will that affect my Irish visa entry as we want to exercise EU Treaty Rights in Ireland.
