Hey All I am finally an Tier1 Entrepreneur. Oh my God it took so long to get this visa 1yr & 7 moths just bz of mistake by case worker


My Case can summarise as follow


Applied 14th Aug 2012
Biometric 1 week later
Jan for update bank statement which i provided after 2 days
June '13 after no reply they refused me for not providing a bank statement
JUly '13 i went for JR
OCt ' 13 Treasury Solicitor's Offered me out of court settlement
Nov: 13 i agreed after they accepted my terms to issue me new decision with in 7 weeks

Jan '14 We wrote for an update they advised to wait for 1 more month
Feb ' 14They asked to submit passport

Today i finally received my Visa


I am thank ful to all those u helped me on my question i read most of the Topics uploaded in Tier 1 cat

what is issued date on the BRP?
Did u receive ur BRP n Passport same day?
Were Approval letter n Passport in first/second class signed for post ?

11/03.14 dated oon my BRP. My solicitor received it today. They rang me at 11am today to collect BRP i went and collected it and he said as soon as Passport will come he will ring me but after 2 hrs he rang me that my passport is here as well which came by sign for

congrats bro but i cant understand that when u got refusal ukba keep all documents how u got ur all documents bcoz hoeoffice asked me as well for passport but my passport is with home office pls reply bro

bz my previous visa was valid until may 2014 this year. When they refused me last year they returned my passport and All the docs i submitted with the application.

i am in same situation till august 2012.

hi i got situation that, my visa expiring on 26 march 2014, still i am waiting for my business bank welcome letter. shall i send my application to home office first and after receiving acknowledgement letter is it possible to send remaining business bank letter with that reference number? is it possible? or if i send it like that does it take long time to process my application? plz help me.
