hi

i am on tier 2 . and entitled for ilr on sep
, i have done ielts in 2009 when i first came to uk and that time it was valid for 2 years
now my question is at the time of my ILR do i need to do english test again or not , i got overall 6 in ielts

No need to retake English test. Still valid for ILR. The 2 years expiry is for entry clearance and not ILR or citizenship.
