spouse visa under carers allowances

Post by sweetlove86 » Sun Mar 16, 2014 6:11 am

hello everyone and all moderators here... I am new to this forum.. I just want to ask an advice about my spouse visa application...I just sent off my documents to vfs manila Philippines last February 27..MY Sponsor is in receipt of carers allowances, income support, housing benefit and council tax... and his working part time.

carers allowances: 59.75pw
income support: 15.25pw
housing benefits: 131.75pw
council tax :16.49pw
wage: 50pw
total off: 273.24pw

less housing benefit: 131.75pw
council tax: 16.49pw
Total off: 125pw
Less : 5.75-he paid this to his landlord towards the rent
Left over after all the deduction is 119.25pw...we reach the adequate maintenance 112.55pw as a coupl
I submitted all the documents to support my sponsor financial status,, like the following:

letter from dwp for his carers entilement
employment letter
wage slip-4month wage slip
bank statement- period of 4 months
letter from housing benefit/council tax the amount he receive
letter from income support.
tenancy agreement
letter from the landlord allowing me to stay on my husbands flat.

Do you think I submitted the correct and relevant documents ? and what do you think guys do I have a chance that my spouse visa will approve?... I am always hoping, specially praying for the positive outcome

Seems ok, a positive outcome can't be guaranteed by us I'm afraid.
