Queries on Tier 2 Extension as of rule form April 2014

Hi ,

My Condition is as below:

I have been granted entry clearance as Tier 2 ICT Established Staff based on the rules before 6th Apr 2011.
In July 2013 i switched to new Employer to Tier 2 General. Now i have visa as Tier 2 General which is valid upto sept 2016.

Would you pls let me know in sept 2016 according to existing rules for how much time my visa can be extended? I am bit worried. Pls help.

I am looking for IRL in Tier 2 General. with next extension as my period spent in Tier 2 ICT Establised Staff is not counted.
