HI i polish live in uk from 2005 and would like appeal for permanent residence my question is with form use EEA1 OR EEA3. THANKS

EEA3.

I assume that if you were employed you did apply for WRS at the time.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
