Tier4 capping

Hello everyone,please i want to know if i am still eligible for tier 4 extension.My study history is as below:
2006-2008:LEVEL 4 Information technology (24months)
2008-2009:LEVEL 5 information technology (15 months)
2009-2010:LEVEL 5 information technology extension(12months)
2011-2014:LEVEL6 graduate diploma in business management (36months).

Only problem I can see you spent more than 3 years for level 4 and 5 courses. Other than that if your calculation is right and if you meet all the other requirements then you can go for the level 7 course and extend your visa.

Hi everyone,spoke with a couple of immigration adviser.some said I can still apply for extension at level 6 and above for another 2 years while some said I cannot extend on tier 4 again as I have spent almost 8 years on tier 4.At the moment I am confuse and don't know what to believe,can some of the GURUS on this forum help with their opinion.Thanks

If you check the HO wordings ......
You can not stay more than 3 years on level 4/5 and
Not more than 5 years on level 6/7.....
It does not mean you can not stay more than 8 years on tier 4 visa
So in my point of view you can spend 2 more years on level 6/7
