qualifications for extension

Hi there. Im a first year student and I plan to extend my visa soon before I go home and I have been told by my international student advice team to give my A levels certificate in my application. This is not possible for me at the moment as my cert only came out after I left home. I want to know a few things:

1. I do have my A levels results scripts though. Its official so I want to know if that would suffice for that qualification.

2. I'm from a country deemed as low risk so does that mean I would most likely not be asked for the documents anyways?
