application in 28 days time after expire visa

hi,
i applied tier1 entrepreneur visa under psw route and been refused by office, refused 1st tier tribunal and applied for upper tribunal but its been refused as well.
i would like to go in tier 4 , level 7.
i was on psw already completed ba(hons) in business, so i have to go now for post graduate course in highly trusted college. my visa was expired when my application was pending for tier1. so i think i got only 28 days under section 3c/3d.
i have got bank statement ready for tier4 as i need to and going for a CAS tomorrow from a highly trusted college.
i know i will not have any chances for appeal so i will have to take extra care of everything.
can you guys advise me for a document checklist as i know
1. cas letter
2.bank statement
3. all certificates and documents what i used to get cas letter.
4. two passport size photo with name written on the back

is the course start date does any matter?

can you advise me plz.

study cap is ok for me as i was as a student only for 15 months and after psw.

when does your course start?

are you aware you will not have established presence so will need maximum maintenance?

What type of college is it? If it's a private college and not a recognised body or a body in receipt of funding as an HEI then your dependent will not be eligible for leave as a tier 4 dependent - 319C (i)

i don't know what college. probably private college and it says on web isa approved. its highly trusted college. MANCHESTER IDEAL COLLEGE. i am getting new things from here, thank you

It's a private college and you won't be able to sponsor your dependent if you are sponsored by this college.

i spoke to the college and they said it's depend on the course level. as i am doing level 7 course there will not be any problem for my wife. by the way she is already in uk with me been 2 years. so pretty much confused regarding this.

The college are incorrect. Read paragraph 319C(i) of the immigration rules
