Level 2 Study To Level 1 Study

I am currently studying level 2 course and i am wanting to switch to a brand new course is it possible? I have received my unconditional offer on the new level 1 course from the university and they said they will issue me a CAS but then will the academic progression rule stop me from getting a new tier 4 visa?

If any University is issuing you a CAS for level 1 course then it is their responsibility how they are showing that as an academic progress from the previous course which is a level 2 course. So consult with your university before you apply.
