Curtailment problem

Hi
I ve valid visa till2015 tier4 but one week before i contact to ukba i want to apply different university so issue curtailment letter but they said my visa is already curtail in january 2014 but i told him i'vent received any letter so they said wait for further responce.
My question is
If they already issue curtail letter my previous address than thats mean im illagly stay here& i cant apply again ?
2 : and if they didn't issue curtail letter before than?

Did you discontinue your course from one university and taking admission in another university?
If yes when did you stop studying with your previous University?

As you have discontinued you study with the Uni on November 2013 that mean the Uni have reported you to the UKBA with 10 working days. You should bear in mind at that time that you would be reported and your visa would be curtailed no matter whether you are receiving letter from UKBA or not.

I think you should immediately seek advice from a lawyer.

Yes i agree with u but today i read curtailments laws within mention they send letter ur home if not receiving than thay sent thix letter ur uni.and i contact my privious address mates as well as uni but they told me that they havent got any letter.now i dnt have enough money to hire solicitor& now o jst waiting ukba rply what they final decision.

Hi Rajubhai I have the same kind of problem, I have contacted whole UKBA but no one is replying me properly I want to kn ow whether my Visa has been curtailed or not and where should I contact which number? I don't want to stay here illegally can you please help me in giving the contact number plus I have searched on my all addresses I there is no curtailement letter which has been sent to me plus I have still appealed in my University in Queen Mary, but I don't want to be illegal here that incase Queen Mary does not accept me I need to countinue with another instituion in January please reply me or contact me on my number.
