Urgent: ICT Tier 2 Skill Tansfer Visa related?

Hi,

I came to lodon on ICT tier2 Skill transfer wvisa which can hold of 6 months perios later I need to serve cooling period as I heard...
Now,
1. How can i waveoff the cooling period? is there any way
2. Is there any way to reapply for another type of visa?

Note: In India I have joined that company in Sept'13 and I my Visa is 28-Oct-2013 to 28-Apr-14.

Please some one help ont his?
