PBS dependent Eligibility

My wife came to UK as tier-1 (G) Dependent in Nov 2011 and then we had Tier-1 extension in 2012 (applied by post before Jul 12 but extension granted in Nov 12), so my question is will she come under 2 year rule or 5 year Jul-12 rule (as Rule for PBS says initial or Leave to remain after Jul12 will need to complete 5 years) as she is going to apply for ILR (using same SET(o) form) soon with me In May this year.

If she's been a PBS dep since 2011, continuously, it's 2 years.
