Hi,

The facts are as below:

Initial certificate of sponsorship was issued on 01 April 2011.
First visa was issued on 01 May 2011 valid till 01 June 2013.
Now I have renewed my visa (in the same category) and have been given a visa valid till 01 April 2017.

Based on the aforesaid, I have the following questions:

1. Is the 12 month cool off period applicable to me in 2016 i.e. after completing 5 years in UK (2011 to 2016).
2. If not, then can I continue to work till 01 April 2017?
3. What happens after 01 April 2017 i.e. can I apply for one more extension.
4. Do I qualify for ILR?
