switching from Psw Visa to Tier 2 Sponsor as dependant

hello,
me n my partner v both have individual PSW Visa [means we are 2 different candidates].
we got married in d month of March 2014.
Now, in d month of June 2014 i m switching to Tier 2 Sponsor.
my partner want to apply as dependant of tier 2 sponsor from uk itself, can v do dat ?
if yes, kindly provide me d list of required document needed during my application process.
if No, dan advise plz.
