Which form

Post by danasentra » Fri Mar 21, 2014 12:21 pm

Current visa status
Husband : Just being approved for ILR after 10year of residence (5 year student , 2 year tier 4, 3 year tier 2)
Wife : 5 year student + 3 years tier 4 + now on Tier 2 visa(expired sep 2015)
Children 2 years old (tier 2 dependant under husband visa) (visa expired sep 2014)

At the moment i am keen to keep my tier 2 visa due to job purpose rather than applying as dependant under my husband, and then apply for my ilr. The issue is my son visa is due to expired. Can I apply him for extension under my husband new ilr visa? If yes which form I need to fill in? . If i want to switch my tier 2 visa to be dependant under my husband - which form i need to fill in? A bit confused will all the form and new regulation

You should use FLR(M), if you wish to switch.

If your son was born in the UK, then he is entitled to register as a British citizen.
