What application should I make?flr m or flr o or set(p)

Hi everyone!!!
Can anybody suggest me?
Background:my husband has granted humanitarian protection in may 2009.we married in March 2012.i made flr((o) application in apr 2012.and I granted limited leave to remain from apr 2013 to may 2014(same period as my husband).my husband is gonna make set(p) application in may 2014 as he satisfied 5yrs probationary period.

i'm wondering can I include in his application as a dependent and can I apply settlement with him?im so confused because we married after he has granted humanitarian protection.so I don't have any idea whether I can include in his application or not..and if I can't apply same application with him,what application should I make?plz help me!!!
