Family Visit Visa

Hello everyone, just a quick couple of questions, would be very grateful for any help.

Firstly, I have recently acquired a property and this is the property I will be inviting my family member to, I have included evidences that I own this property. However as my bank statements and payslips arrive to my old(my parents) address I am wondering if this will be a problem? I have explained in the sponsor letter that I have recently acquired this property so am in the process of moving all my mail to my new address.

Secondly, will I need a solicitor to confirm that the person who has written the sponsor letter is the same person as the in the copy of my passport?
