Tier2 (ICT) Extension & ILR Eligibility Criteria query

Hi Manci ,

Could you please provide me your valuable inputs in resolving my 4 queries here :
VISA - Tier 2 (ICT)

Issued On - 02/11/2009
UK Arrival Date - 29/11/2009
Visa Expiry Date - 29/11/2012

In Dec ,2012 , I have got Visa Extension in the same category Tier 2 (ICT)

Visa Expiry date - 30/10/2014


1) When will I be eligible for ILR ??
2) As per new rule issued this month (limiting Tier 2 VISA to 5 yrs only) , Am I eligible to get any further extension ??? ( I mean beyond 5 yrs)
3) If I am not eligible for further extension , Can I change my VISA to Tier 2 (General) to stay in UK ???
4) And If I change my VISA to T2 General, For how long I have to work for employer to become eligible for ILR ??
