using available funds for maintenance dependant pre 9 july

Hi Gurus,
i am aplying for my flrm before april6 . i am dependant pre 9 huly. my partner has applied for long residency and is awaitng decision
i have a couple of questions please please kindly help me
Q1 i am using funds available in my current account for past three months. I have maintained a minimum balace of 19000 in the last three months and closing is 45000 pounds . which balance should i use for calculation minimum or closing. I AM ASSUMING I CAN USE THE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNS AS SAVINGS

Q2 what is evidence requiremnt for savings for pre 9 july

Q3 do i need to ddeclare the source
