I don't know John. If you read Liam's response it doesn't really sound like he's offering much to the Quibuyen family. Therefore, this is a suitable case for discretion to be exercised. I propose to grant Mr. Quibuyen and his family a period of leave, to allow him and his employer to remedy the situation.
