Incorrect information in Biometrics letter

I received biometrics letter but ukba used my old passport name and wrong house number.
I called them on provided no. but its busy all the time.
Would you please let me know how to contact them asap.

what do you mean by your 'old passport name'? have you changed you name?

I submitted my application as print ans send.


I providede my old passport as a proof of my previous name. (before marriage name) and current passport.

Unfortunately you need to keep trying the number given, you will get through eventually. Don't give biometrics until they have issued you a letter in the correct name.

Dont worry about this at all.

Just write a letter to them at the address given on Bio metrics letter.(i think so its shefield)
And Explain them all the situation in the letter And dont forget to mention ur case reference number/case id.
Best thing is send this letter by singed for recorded delivery.And keep safe the receipt for future.
And Keep trying to contact them by phone aswell.
