Switch from psw to tier 4 dependent

I'm currently holding visa of Tier 1 PSW which is valid until 3rd May 2014 and my wife is on dependent psw visa. My question is can my wife switch to student visa Tier 4 and can I become her dependent. Her course is for 12 months in highly trusted college.

Your wife can only apply from outside of the UK, it is not possible to switch from PSW dependent to Tier 4 from within the UK.

What is the level of the course your wife will be studying?

She will be studying PGD which is level 7. What about the recent change
''I am making changes to the rules for dependants in the Points Based System and other work routes, following the High Court judgment in R (on the application of Zhang) v Secretary of State for the Home Department. The changes will allow dependants to apply from within the UK, providing they are not here illegally, as visitors, or on temporary admission or temporary release. 1st oct 2013 changes mean that main applicant ( PBS migrant ) can switch in country to PBS Dependent visa.

But except tier 4 dependent who can switch to tier 2 visa in country, no other PBS dependent can switch in country.

If u still want to switch your wife visa than go ahead but kindly keep updating us about the outcome.
