Switch to Tier 2 General from Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi guys,

I have applied for T1 Entrepreneur visa and got refused due to two reasons,

1) The service contract doesn't clearly say what services I provide.
2) My signature was missing from the 3rd party sponsor declaration letter.

I was given the appeal rights, so I've submitted an appeal. My hearing was held about 3 weeks ago and my lawyer contacted me to let me know they my appeal was allowed. But I don't have all 50k funds available now in my account.

Luckily, now I've got an employer who is willing to sponsor me under T2 General and got a CoS ready for me. I haven't got my documents yet (Passport and degree certificates). I would like to know whether I'd be able to submit a new application under T2 General before UKBA further process my T1 Entrepreneur application ?

If yes, how do I apply without having my passport/BRP or how to let UKBA know they already have my documents ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

hi, i also wanna switch from tier 1 ent to tier 2,,have u applier for tier 2 visa or not yet?
