Family visist visa for parents

HI,

I am planning to apply for visist visa for my parents . Me an my wife currently living in a house with 1 bedroom and 1 living room (with a double sofa bed) . When i checked the over crowding rule it says 2 rooms=3 people .

so 1bedroom+1 living room is that enough in my situation?

How long are you planning to invite them for? If it for a few weeks, you can book a b&b locally and show this for accommodation. If I were you, I would look into moving to a 2-bed house before sponsoring them. I wouldn't want to risk visa rejection the first time they apply and go through the process of explaining why it was rejected every time when they apply for a visa in future.
