appeal allowed but UKBA not happy

My appeal allowed date: 13/02/14 Letter issue date: 21/02/14 Received date: 25/02/14 and Refund received date 12/03/14. But today I received a letter from UKBA and they mention to provide the following documents with in a week.

1- CAR
2- Contract between ABC and XYZ.
Help me what is going on please.

You allow is for reconsideration or issuance??

@ PAK, your post header is not what your situation is. UKBA are happy with court decision and that's why they didn't challenge it. They are ready to issue you your visa but need updated documents, so send the documents requested and you will get your visa soon.
