hi all,
i am new to this forum, i would really appreciate your views as really need help.my husband has ILR and we have two British born kids. one 7 and other 8 months old. i am on tier 1 general . i will qualify for ILR next year in November 2015. my husband wants to apply
housing and tax credits as well as child benefits. i feel those benefits will effect my immigration status. please give your valuable advice as it is really important to me.

Child benefit in his name and tax credits joint names is fine. Which Country are you native?
