Tier 2 ST ICT to Tier 2 General Dependent

Hi,

I am currently in cooling-off period and will be eligible to apply in Tier 2 (ST ICT) from 03-Sep-14. I intend to get married somewhere in late 2015 and my fiancee is currently working in the UK in Tier 2 General category.

I have the following questions -

1. If I apply for Tier 2 (ST ICT) in Sep-2014 and go to UK for a period of 1 year, will I be eligible to switch to Tier 2 (General) Dependent Visa on getting married BEFORE Sep-2015

2. If I apply for Tier 2 (ST ICT) in Sep-2014 and go to UK for a period of 1 year, will I be eligible to switch to Tier 2 (General) Dependent Visa on getting married AFTER Sep-2015 but serving the cooling-off period.

Please let me know.

AFAIK, you will need entry clearance i.e. you have to apply from your home country

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/switch-to-this-visa (i think this link is also valid for T2 dependents)

Yes, I would need to apply from my home country but would I be eligible to apply?? I just want to make sure that I'm eligible to switch.
