Passport Expiry

Dear all,

I have applied for my tier 1 entrepreneur visa in Nov 2012 and I have not received a response yet. My biometric was done in Jan 2013. My passport is due to expire soon and so I wanted to know is that to my advantage ? How long can they possibly take to give a decision ? The investment fund was shown in my own country and switching from post study work. Thanks.

passport expiry won't affect your application. You will get your BRP provided your application is successful.
