Uk National dad and Indian Mother

Hi guys,

I am Uk national. My child will be born to an Indian woman. I have impragnated her on tour. Now this woman dont want baby and wants to give full responsibilities to me once baby is born and I am happy to bring my child to Uk.
In this situation, what should I do: Shall I get the UK passport for baby by descent or apply Indian passport and then apply for dependent visa?

If baby gets British passport, is theer any problem with FRRO questioning on baby's exit from India as how the baby is born and all other stuff?
If i apply for Indian passport, will this baby get UK visa to live with me?

If the child is British by descent you want a British Passport not visa. Alternatively, you can get the child's Indian Passport and a CoE to put inside. You may have to show proof that you have sole responsibility of the child. However, you may be ok leaving with the child. Likely require proof if the child has an Indian a Passport I would think.
