Documents required and English Language requirement_ Help!!!

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for Tier 2(General) from India. I have a sponsor, offer and I am planning to take my dependant as well. Further I have also gone through the procedures and guidelines.

1.Can someone help me out by listing the documents that I need to submit(Original and copies)?For me and for my dependant.
2.Do the copies need to be attested?
3.For English language requirement I am able to clear through the PBS calc. Do i need IELTS?

PBS should suffice if you get 10 points for your degree. You will need a printout of PBS Calc points + Original Degree certificate.
